We are now welcoming submissions for our Open Exhibition Program, designed to support and showcase artists looking to expand their presence in New York City. This program offers selected artists the chance to participate in professionally curated exhibitions, backed by targeted promotion, gallery events, and exposure to a diverse and engaged audience.
As an artist-led gallery, we’re deeply committed to supporting artists’ career development and providing real opportunities for growth, visibility, and meaningful connection. Each exhibition is thoughtfully curated, and we work closely with participating artists to ensure their work is presented with the attention and care it deserves.
In-Gallery Application
This application allows artists to submit 3 pieces for the gallery director to review. Which will help assess the suitability of the proposed artwork, ensuring it aligns with the gallery's mission, space, and schedule. It is an essential step for securing a spot in an exhibition program. You can upload up to 3 works that you would like to potentally showcase within the gallery space.
Gallery Exhibitions
At Sims Contemporary, we are seeking to showcase a diverse range of artwork, celebrating creativity in all its forms. We are open to various mediums, styles, and themes, from traditional painting and sculpture to contemporary digital art and mixed media. Our gallery aims to highlight the unique perspectives of both emerging and established artists, fostering a dynamic and inclusive art experience. Artists are invited to submit work that pushes boundaries, challenges conventions, and sparks meaningful dialogue.
